Do I have baby blues or postpartum depression? Will I
develop anxiety or OCD? Bottle or breast?
Do you worry
excessively about dropping your baby? Do you have trouble getting out of bed to
feed your baby? Are you feeling alone and you do not know who to talk to? It
can be difficult to admit that you are having trouble, especially to your
partner, family, and friends. You have come to the right place, and we are here
to help.
If you are planning to start a family, are
already pregnant, or have just given birth to your baby, chances are you have
already experienced some form of pregnancy-related stress, anxiety, or
depression. These issues can occur before, during, and after pregnancy, and can
be difficult to manage alone.
If you have concerns about the baby blues,
postpartum depression or anxiety, or need help with decisions like whether to
breastfeed or use the bottle, we have therapists who can provide you with a
supportive, nonjudgmental environment to share your concerns and help you build
the support system you need for you and your new addition. Therapy can also
include assistance for your partner, who may also be experiencing stress,
anxiety, and depression before and after your new arrival.
